Are we closing?
NO! The retail store will still be open for our loyal and new customers. We are looking into expanding the store and getting some more cases so we can provide more delicious options for your dinner!
Do we still take butcher appointments?
No. For the time being we have decided to suspend our slaughtering. Slowly but surely our retail, smoking, and venison are taking over. Unfortunately with that comes the decision to take a step back from custom butchering. No worries for our shop customers as we will continue to keep our retail cases stocked!
When do we accept venison?
We accept venison all year round ! Stop in anytime we are open, no appointment needed!
We Do Not accept whole deer. Must come in boneless!
(We will butcher whole deer if you are donating to the venison program, give us a call to set up a time).
What is the turn around time for venison orders?
Bow season: roughly two weeks! Shotgun: 1-3 months depending how early you bring it in.
Some orders can take longer than expected but we are hoping to get orders out faster this year!
What and When do we accept items for smoking?
We accept whole hams, whole pork belly’s, whole pork loins, chickens, and turkeys for smoking all year round. If you have a question regarding if we can smoke something else not listed, give us a call!
