Who we are
Falconer Meats is a family owned business that has been proudly serving the Arcade and surrounding communities since 1982. We are located on the backroads of Arcade at 5677 Michigan Road.
Ron and Laurie Falconer started the business as a part-time gig working out of an addition they put on their house. In 1988 the business started to take-off and as they gained more customers they made the decision to go full-time and build a Morton building next door. Up to this point all slaughtering was done on the farm of our customers. In 2001 they decided to add on a slaughtering facility to make butchering more efficient and to accommodate more customers. The business has since continued to grow and we are known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
We currently specialize in locally sourced and processed meats, offering a variety of smoked meats, venison processing, smoking, and much more. We offer everything you’re looking for whether it be something to throw on the grill, a meat & cheese platter for the Bills game, or a side of beef, we have it all! Our top 5 most popular items would be: Jerky/Pepper Sticks, Bacon, Hot Dogs, Pepper & Onion sausage patties, and our delicious beef tenderloin (filet steak). We also carry a wide selection of different cheeses and spreads from Cuba Cheese and The Cheese Factory in Orchard Park.
With over 4 decades of experience, Ron and Laurie have built themselves a stellar reputation for processing locally sourced and top quality meats!
